Where do you ship?

If we are unable to ship to your zip code, you will not be able to successfully place an order online. If you are able to successful place your order online, then we are able to ship to your location.

If you live in a house and you are not home for your delivery, your package will be left on your front step. If you live in an apartment, our courier must be let into your building to drop off your package. Our couriers cannot leave packages outside of apartment buildings.

It is important that you refrigerate the juice once it arrives to remain fresh. Please ensure that you will be able to receive your order the day it arrives. If you’d like to track your shipment, please email support@pulpandpress.com

PO Boxes

Pulp & Press products are shipped in insulated boxes which help preserve the juice in transit. Selecting a PO Box as an address could result in considerable delays or loss of product, as the juice needs to be refrigerated shortly after being delivered to avoid spoilage. For this reason, please do NOT ship your order to a P.O Box.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the customer shipping address and order value. All orders are shipped vis FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery service. Our product is fresh, never frozen, and is required to be temperature controlled in transit. For this reason, we only ship within 1 - 3 day transit zones seen on the map below.

Customers receive shipping cost breaks based on their order value as follows:

  • If the order is less than $100, the customer will pay the live shipping rate at checkout.
  • If the order is greater than $100, shipping is free.

    How long does delivery take?

    Orders will be delivered in a chilled, insulated box within 2-7 business days. Delivery time depends on location, address type, transport delays, and weather. Please note, we do not ship on Saturday, or Sunday.

    Can I schedule my shipping arrival date?

    Orders are shipped on a first-in, first-out basis, and will arrive 2-7 business days from the date of ordering.

    Multiple Packs

    We try our best to ship all orders complete, however, sometimes it is necessary to divide the orders into two or more packages, or more than one shipment. 

    Delivery Address Accuracy

    In order for prompt delivery, please provide a complete street address with a postal code. Pulp & Press does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address. We are also not responsible for additional shipping charges that result from an inaccurate or incomplete address. Although it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs.

    CANCELLATION

    Pulp & Press is committed to providing the best possible customer service experience we can! This includes receiving a fresh order as quickly as possible so you can begin your health journey immediately! Since we are in a hurry to get your order to you right away, we may not be able to accommodate cancelations once your order has been placed. For your best chance, please email us at support@pulpandpress.com as soon as possible with your request and we will do our very best to accommodate.

    Accommodations will vary depending on how far along your order is. Unfortunately these updates may not be reflected on your order, there fore cancellations cannot be confirmed until our team has heard back from the facility.

    Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments Return Policy

    If your shipment is lost, damaged, or short upon delivery, report it to us immediately. Pulp & Press will evaluate your request, and refund or resend the missing or damaged juice(s). If there is damage, we may request photos for our investigation.

    Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 3 business days, and replacement juices within 5 business days after we grant your request. If you receive a package that has been opened do not accept it. Please do not return the order to our location, but rather dispose of the product. 

    Because our juices are perishable goods, we will not accept “change of mind” returns. We will only accept a refund request if there is evidence our team was negligent in fulfilling your order.

    Your refund request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your order.
